Unfortunately, I have to agree with Mrs. Zorn's review. I was here on Saturday at 10:00 and although it should have been open since 09:00, no one was there. I tried calling three times, but to no avail.

I have been here once before, everything was great professionally. But now I have gone twice in the morning at 9:30 in vain and stood in front of a locked door, even though the website states it opens at 8:30. No sign with opening hours, no note with current information (vacation, illness) on the window. It can happen that something comes up one day, but if you know it will take longer, then please put a note with information for the customers on the store! It's quite frustrating when you go out of your way before work and no one is there.

3 attempts already to have a key duplicated, without success. Money is only refunded by the boss, if at all… (He should be there in the morning.) I have tried several times to visit the store starting at 7:30 AM. At 7:45 I gave up because logically you don't want to miss your trains/appointments. The store is theoretically open from 7 AM, but in practice probably 1-2 hours later.

Great service! The price-performance ratio is completely right! I bent my key in the lock and they reconstructed it for me. When it still didn't fit after a few times of sharpening, he even came to my home and was finally able to open the apartment for me. Good things take time! I can only recommend it further!
